Video of discussion of Change Leadership here:
I've been conducting Change Management since the 1980s, and thought the newer term "Change Leadership" was just an updated phrase. John Kotter has other ideas. While Change Management is aimed at keeping people, budgets, schedules, etc. "under control" in a time of change, Change Leadership is likely to result in a bit of out-of-control activity.
Change Leadership is a true engine of change. There is a sense of urgency, big vision, empowering lots of people who want to change. CSR is primed for that. Video is good description.
